These policies apply to all Arch Ghost hands-on courses, including The Art of the Surgical Arch, Part I and any optional additional days.

Registration and payment

Tuition is paid in full at registration through the course page. Seats are limited and are held in the order payments are received. Your registration is not complete until payment clears.

If you need to cancel

$500 of tuition is non-refundable.

  • Cancel 30 or more days before the course and your full tuition is refunded, less that $500.
  • Between 15 and 29 days out, you will receive 50% back or a full credit toward a future Arch Ghost course.
  • Inside 14 days I cannot offer a refund, but you are welcome to send a colleague in your place or apply your full tuition toward a future course.

You can transfer your seat to a colleague at any time, at no cost. Email me their name and email address and I will move the registration over.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

If Arch Ghost cancels or reschedules

If I cancel or move a course for any reason, the choice is yours: a full refund of your tuition, including the $500, or a credit for the full amount toward a future date.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging. I am not able to reimburse flights, hotels, or other travel costs if a course is cancelled or rescheduled. Book travel you are comfortable changing, and consider a refundable fare or travel insurance.

Continuing education credit

Continuing education credit for Arch Ghost courses is provided through Neodent. The Art of the Surgical Arch, Part I carries 18.5 CE credits. The optional Advanced Techniques day carries an additional 7.

Documentation is provided after the course. Attendees are responsible for submitting credits to their own state board or licensing body, and for confirming that these credits are accepted where they practice.

Travel, lodging and meals

Tuition covers the course itself. Travel and lodging are the attendee’s responsibility. Meals provided during the course are listed on the course page.

Photography and filming

Arch Ghost photographs and records video at its courses. Footage and still images may be used in Arch Ghost educational and promotional material, including the website, newsletter, podcast, and social media. By attending, you consent to this.

If you would rather not appear, email me before the course and I will make sure you are kept out of frame. There is no cost and no penalty for opting out.

Patient images and case material shown during a course are for the educational use of attendees only. They may not be photographed, recorded, or redistributed.

Clinical disclaimer

Arch Ghost courses are educational. The techniques, protocols, and opinions presented are based on my own clinical experience and are not a substitute for your own clinical judgment. You remain fully responsible for the diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical care of your own patients, and for practicing within the scope of your license and the regulations that apply where you practice.

Attending a course does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a supervisory relationship, or any certification of competence, and no clinical outcome is guaranteed.
