Operate. Adapt. Load.
Matthew Krieger, DMD
I began doing All-On-X surgery in 2019. I was 4 years out of residency. I had tried both the private practice and traditional “corporate” oral surgery models, but was not passionate about either.
I knew I needed a change, but I felt burned out and hopeless. I even considered leaving the world of oral surgery, but those dental school student loans felt like shackles, pulling me back into the operatory.
Desperate for something different, I approached a well-known All-On-X center that happened to be across the street from my apartment at the time. Fortunately for me, they were looking to add an additional surgeon. Unfortunately for me, they wanted to know how much experience I had with the All-On-X style procedure.
When asked, I was honest. I replied, “Essentially none. But, I can learn.” And the journey began.

Now, more than 2,800 arches later, full-arch surgery has become my passion and calling. I feel incredibly fortunate to get to do what I love every day. I have also come to love teaching full-arch surgery principles and techniques to other surgeons who share my drive and passion for this incredible procedure.
With so much “noise” in the full-arch world today, Arch Ghost was born of a quiet confidence. I realized that the surgeons I looked up to were not the surgeons with the most “likes.” In fact, despite two of the three surgeons being arguably the most experienced full-arch practitioners in the world, I can almost guarantee that you have never heard their names. Why? Because they are simply focused on operating at the highest level and nothing else. They are ghosts.
This is the mindset that I have strived to develop and the one that I teach. A quiet, ghost-like confidence and a desire to be the best, whether or not anyone else is watching. This is what is at the core of a true Arch Ghost.
Arch Ghost surgeons aren’t about being flashy or getting likes. We are surgeons who operate in the shadows, ghosts, cutting thousands of arches when no one’s watching. Our only concern is being the best at our craft. This is what drives us.
Arch Ghost surgeons are highly trained, highly capable, and highly adaptable. We don’t give up when an arch gets difficult. We adapt relentlessly.
Arch Ghost surgeons prioritize immediate loading. While individual patient needs are always accounted for, we prepare mentally and clinically to Load Them All.
Arch Ghost is a full-arch surgery educational platform designed to provide the confidence and clinical expertise necessary to OPERATE at the highest level, ADAPT ruthlessly to intra-operative challenges, and LOAD each and every full-arch case. Everything below is built to make you a more capable full-arch surgeon prepared to operate, adapt, and load.
