Why Choose Arch Ghost?

Every part of the Arch Ghost Curriculum exists for one reason:

Create the highest caliber full-arch surgeons.

Here is what makes Arch Ghost Courses different:

01
Train with a Surgeon
One of the only full-arch educational experiences designed and taught by an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
More

Learning from an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon will provide you unique insight into the medical work-up process, CT scan assessment, surgical technique, and management of surgical complications.

Master full-arch surgery by learning to think and operate like a surgeon.

02
Learn from Experience
More than 2,800 arches completed over 7 years of exclusive full-arch focus. Not an over-inflated estimate.
More

I have been focused exclusively on full-arch surgery for 7 years and have completed more than 2,800 arches to date. This is not the over-inflated estimate that you so often see.

As a result of that experience, I teach full-arch surgery differently than many others. I have seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t work, and how to manage and avoid complications.

At Arch Ghost you won’t simply learn “the steps of the surgery.” You will learn the nuances, the little details, the small aspects that true experience incorporates to operate at the highest level.

See the arch counter for the up-to-date count.

03
Cut with Confidence
Confidence comes from the ability to adapt.
More

Adaptability is a core feature of the Arch Ghost curriculum. Learning to operate with confidence does not mean learning any one implant technique. It means mastering a variety of techniques that you can lean on during difficult cases.

Throughout the curriculum, you will learn to “see what I see” when assessing cases both preoperatively and intraoperatively, and how to pivot and adapt to prioritize immediate loading.

04
Avoid Zygomatic Implants
Learn to perform full-arch surgery without the use of zygomatic implants.
More

Zygomatic implants are indicated in a very small subset of patients. The vast majority of patients are treatable without the use of these implants and the subsequent complications they can create.

I teach a wide variety of skills to ensure you will rarely need to use zygomatic implants as part of your treatment plan.

The Art of the Surgical Arch Part I/II focus on mastering skills that allow the practitioner to avoid zygomatic implants. As such, these implants are not taught in the hands-on portion. Arch Ghost OMFS will briefly cover zygomatic implants. However, within Arch Ghost OMFS more emphasis is placed upon mastering the skills necessary to avoid these implants in the first place.

05
Small Course Size
A maximum of 6 students per surgery course.
More

I’m honored that you want to learn full-arch surgery with me here at Arch Ghost. I want to ensure that you actually have ample time to learn directly from me, ask questions, and not be overwhelmed by a room full of students.

This small and intimate course size ensures that you are learning directly from me (not a group instructor you’ve never met and don’t know) and have the time and freedom to engage, ask questions, and leave the course with unmatched surgical confidence.

06
Learn Efficiency
Safer for your patient, less anesthesia time, more profitable for your practice.
More

Being efficient is NOT the same as being fast. A skilled surgeon is an efficient surgeon (not a fast surgeon).

Don’t underestimate this valuable skill.

07
Prosthetically Driven Surgery
Surgery is performed to optimize the prosthetic. This is how true full-arch success is achieved.
More

I teach prosthetically driven surgery. Learning how to perform surgery in a way that optimizes the prosthetic is paramount to long-term full-arch success, improved referral relationships, easier restorative conversions, and happier patients.

A Fair Warning

Arch Ghost courses aren’t for everyone.

These courses cover a high volume of clinical information in a short period of time. You will need to be focused and ready to learn.

If you are looking for a casual weekend CE course, this isn’t for you.

If you are serious about becoming one of the best in the full-arch world, Arch Ghost is what you’ve been looking for.
